| What are your reservations? | I want to be sure that the choir has someone to accompany rehearsals. I do know another person who could take this role on the weeks I am in class. |

| Are you currently discipling someone? If so, who are you discipling and please tell us about the relationship. | I will list two. There are more, but saving space. Madison Moore and I have been leading a youth small group together for three years. We meet regularly to discuss the lessons. pray for our students. We also study the Word, and many times she will have questions about life that we take to the Word and apply. I am grateful that a young person has the wisdom to seek out an older woman for godly care. The advice and biblical counsel isn’t always followed, but I have seen a steady growth and maturity over time, and I praise the Lord for it! |
| Is someone currently discipling you? If so, who is discipling you and please tell us about the relationship. | I desire this in my life. I do have ladies who pour into me in gospel conversations regularly. They are ladies I work alongside or fall under them in the support of ministry. It is a blessing to me. |
| Have you previously taken any training or equipping classes at Parkwood? (I.e. Bible Doctrine, discipleship, evangelism, 20 Basic Beliefs, GG leader training, etc.) If so, which ones? | I’ve taken all the parent equip classes, growth group leadership classes, and any other class I have been able to do. |
| Why do you want to be a part of Disciple Makers Intensive? | It is my heart’s desire to see active discipleship taking place in all ages of ladies and men in our church. I know that discipleship within a local body enables us to glorify, grow, and go—together. It promotes unity and clarity. It helps to prevent heresy and sinfulness. It provides accountability. I can’t say enough good things about it. |
| Do you currently have 1-3 people that can commit to meeting with you twice a month (on average) for discipling over the course of the next year? If so, who are they? | I plan to continue to work with Jessica Pero. I am have not discussed the exact aspects with some other women, but definitely have a number of them in mind. |

Among His Divine attributes —God is… (but not limited to) Holy, faithful, omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent, immutable, infinite, just, transcendent, Triune…and so much more! He exists in three persons —God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. |
