Hello, my name is Jason Gilbert. I’m 33 years old married to my wife Madison, and together we have a two year old son, Bryer. I was born and raised in Gaston County and have resided in Mount Holly since Madison and I got married in 2014. I accepted a student pastor role in 2014 and immediately fell in love with student ministry. I have a passion for students that continues to grow every day. Not only do I enjoy being around students, but my ultimate desire is for them to have a relationship with Jesus. Jesus has changed my life in many ways for the better and the love I know Jesus has for us, I strive for students to gain, not a church, or a religion but as a Savior. My interest in this position is students hearts. I want to see students grow and pursue a relationship with their Creator.  Gaston county is my home, and I would love to be a part of a team that serves this area. I have browsed Parkwood’s website and spoken with others about the church. I hear wonderful compliments about the Church and Pastor Jeff Long, and believe Parkwood would be a great place to serve.
