Assisted Listening
Accessibility: Live Captioning, Translation & Assisted Listening
We want everyone to be able to fully engage with the preaching of God’s Word. To help make our worship services more accessible, we offer live captioning, language translation, and assisted listening during our Sunday morning services.
Live Captioning
Live (real-time) captioning is available during all Sunday morning worship services for those who are deaf or hard of hearing, or for anyone who finds captions helpful.
Language Translation
At the 11:00 AM service, we offer live language translations in:
- Spanish (audio and captions)
- Mandarin (audio and captions)
- Russian (audio and captions)
- Creole (captions)
If using an audio translation, please bring headphones for the best listening experience and to avoid distracting those around you.
Getting Started
Using the service is simple:
- Tap the tag on the seat back in front of you.
- Select “Service Captioning & Translation.”
- Choose the captioning or language option you’d like to use.
Assisted Listening
Assisted listening is also available for those who would benefit from amplified audio.
To connect your device:
- Connect to the Wi-Fi network named “Assisted Listening.”
- Download the ListenWiFi app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Make sure your Bluetooth device or wired headphones are connected.
- Open the app and select “ALS.”
You should now hear the live audio from the service.
