Drop off your child in the Worship Center. Look for signs on the seats that show the group names (Example: “Kindergarten A” or “1st Grade E”).

Save time with the Church Center App

Follow these steps to check your kids in before you even arrive:

1. Download the “Church Center” app from your phone’s app store.
2. Log in using your Planning Center info or create an account.
3. Tap “Check-In” at the bottom left of the screen.
4. Select the children attending VBS/VBX, then press “Next.”
5. You’ll receive a QR code. Scan it at one of the self check-in stations in the lobby — your child’s name stickers will print automatically!
6. Place the sticker on each child and keep the barcode sticker for yourself. This barcode matches your child’s sticker and will be required for pick-up. Please don’t lose it!

Helpful Tip: If you forget your child’s group, snap a quick photo of their name tag or group sign to help you remember!

Please check in each day of VBS/VBX.

Pick-up will take place in the Worship Center.

1. Enter through the far-right Worship Center doors (main level).

   • If your child is seated in the balcony, please use the far-right staircase from the lobby.

   • All other Worship Center doors will be exits only.

2. Keep the entrance aisle moving!

   • If your child is seated in a row next to the entrance aisle, please continue to the opposite side of the row to pick them up.

3. Show your security tag to your child’s group leader.

   • The numbers must match your child’s sticker to release them.

4. Exit through the designated doors after pick-up.

   • If exiting from the balcony, use the left staircase (opposite of the entrance stairs).

   • Security volunteers will re-check tags at exits for safety.

If you have both VBS and VBX kids, join your child in the Sanctuary at noon for a closing worship time, then head to pick up your VBX child after.

Children will not be released without the correct security tag.

If you lose your tag, visit the Help Desk in the lobby for assistance

Drop off in the Fellowship Hall, located off the main lobby. From there, kids will be shuttled across the street to the Youth Building by our security team with their group guides.

1. Enter through the door closest to Dixon Road, under the covered overhang at the “Kids” entrance.
2. Go through the first door on the right to enter the Fellowship Hall.
3. Find your child and have a VBX guide check your pick-up tag.
4. Exit through the door that leads to the lobby (same exit as Monday).
5. Use the lobby doors to return to the parking lot.

If you only have a VBX child, pick them up using the regular VBX process.

If you have both VBS and VBX kids, join your child in the Sanctuary at noon for a closing worship time, then head to pick up your VBX child after
